  • We offer four lifestyle plans that clients can choose from, all of which will create a fat-burning approach to weight loss. We all know that one plan does not suit all, but keeping a client motivated through their journey is of paramount importance if we are to help them succeed in reaching their goal. It is therefore critical that they are helped to choose a plan that fits with their individual needs, health and lifestyle.

    Extensive research has gone in to the use of our Mealpaks, focusing primarily on health and lifestyle needs. As a result, our plans eliminate bad carbohydrates and lower overall carbohydrate intake, which balances blood sugar peaks and troughs throughout the day. We reduce a client’s overall calories, but still maintain a very high level of daily nutrition through our Mealpaks.

    All About Weight works with some of the world’s leading scientists and weight loss specialists in the field of nutrition. Each one of our products has been developed with quality and taste at the forefront of product development. Over 30 years of research has gone in to the very low calorie diet industry, and working with leading world scientists we have developed great products and plans. Four Mealpaks per day will give 100% RDA of all vitamins, essential fatty acids, minerals, a small amount of carbohydrate and good quality proteins. All in all, a Mealpak is a complete food.

    Our entire ethos is to make the weight loss stage as quick, safe and effective as possible to suit the client’s health and lifestyle, while giving choices along the way.

    All our plans have a very healthy Add a Meal list. Each plan has its own individual food list and a schedule of how often per day the foods from this list can be added.
