can choose from, all of which will create a fat-burning approach to weight
loss. We all know that one plan does not suit all, but keeping a client
motivated through their journey is of paramount importance if we are to help
them succeed in reaching their goal. It is therefore critical that they are
helped to choose a plan that fits with their individual needs, health and
lifestyle.
Extensive research has gone in to the use
of our Mealpaks, focusing primarily on health and lifestyle needs. As a result,
our plans eliminate bad carbohydrates and lower overall carbohydrate intake,
which balances blood sugar peaks and troughs throughout the day. We reduce a
client’s overall calories, but still maintain a very high level of daily
nutrition through our Mealpaks.

All our plans have a very healthy Add a
Meal list. Each plan has its own individual food list and a schedule of how
often per day the foods from this list can be added.
