    1. Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce, if you wish to track your order please call our Customer Service team who will be happy to advise you of the order status and delivery schedule.
    2. We can send to any UK address. For any international orders, please call Customer Service on 0844 544 7773 who will process your order over the telephone and organise a special delivery for you.
    3. It is a signed for order, or you can leave clear instructions where to leave the parcel including with a neighbour – this will be at your own discretion.
    4. Parcelforce will always leave a calling card if you are not in and there are no specific instructions on the order.
