we provide all the meals and you add snacks and extra foods from our lists.
Regular
Big appetite? This plan suits men with a
physically active lifestyle or who want to do more
exercise. You have four Mealpaks per day
plus a nutritious meal you make yourself using our approved food lists and
portion guide.

Enjoy cooking or eating out frequently?
With this plan, you replace two meals with convenient Mealpaks and have one
meal and three snacks using the healthy foods and portions in your Add a Meal
guide. This plan has a larger range of added foods to give you more meal
options, whether cooking at home or eating out.
