“I have gained more confidence...”
I turned 50 years old on 12th of December 2007, and after seeing the photos I didn't realise how big I was! I knew Fran (my Consultant) and learnt she had lost weight on a VLCD. I didn't think it would be for me, but decided to give it a go and haven't looked back! I can now buy clothes again, as I would never buy myself anything because I hated buying big sizes. I have gained more confidence and now actually look forward to going out socially.
