 Weekender - relax at the weekends!
Suitable for those that can be focused in the week, but need to relax and socialise at the weekends. Great for both male and female partners to do together.

* 4 nutritionally complete mealpaks per day

* Sat & Sun – (or any two days) you can enjoy an extra 300 kcal per

* Calories approx 600 calories for 5 days p.w 880 calories for 2 days per week

Programme Basics
On all our W8 programmes you can have per day :-


*Unlimited black tea or coffee.

*Tablet Sweeteners.

*Half Pint SKIMMED Milk per day for tea/coffee (add 100 calories)
OR 1/4 Pint of soya/almond milk.

*Must have 2-3 or 3-4 litres of still, sparkling or soda water depending on your chosen All About W8 programme, drunk evenly throughout the day.

*Add certain spices, salt & pepper to your mealpaks for extra taste

*Add a Meal specially prepared food list containing a list of healthy protein and vegetable/salad foods to add in at different times depending on your selected programme.

*Programmes vary from 600 calories through to approx 880 calories

*4 mealpaks per day give you 100% RDA of all your vitamins, nutrients and fatty acids.

*Free Journal and Journal Book with Add a Meal list inside for ALL clients.

As with all diets, you are advised to seek medical advice before
starting any weight loss programme. VLCDs are for short term use only and W8 Programmes limit this to three weeks before we ask you to introduce small amounts of protein foods from a special food list. NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) Dec 2006 reports that VLCD's cannot be used for longer than 12 weeks, even if medically monitored. W8 is also a LCD and not all our programmes are a VLCD.

W8 is concerned that some VLCD's do not comply with this and a diet of 580 calories can be used for many months, with no food.
