More about our New You plan
There are two stages to our New You Maintenance Plan.
Step 1

If you have been on Rapid or Regular, you will need to reduce your Mealpaks from 4 per day to 2
per day and introduce more small healthy snacks and foods in a controlled way.
We will ask you to start our 50/50 plan, for a minimum of 4 weeks so we can phase in more foods
and less Mealpaks per day.

After you have done 50/50 for 4 weeks, you can order the New You Maintenance and Balance book which will help educate you on how to eat low GI, we also recommend you really start to work with portion controls using our All About Weight portion ceramic plate.
In this step 2 stage you will be able to set your weight, you will also receive an alert if you
gain more than 5llbs, we can then help you to lose the extra weight quickly and get you back on track with controlled eating.
The All About Weight chef ready meals are a great way to balance your eating, if you are still losing
weight, switch from skinny chef to control chef meals, and add in the odd mealpak to your normal
daily eating plan. It's really easy.
If you are gaining weight - simply move to the skinny chef meals, and swap one of your main meals
ie breakfast or lunch for a Mealpak, this will help balance your weight.
It is about learning new ways to control your weight and not slipping back into poor eating habits.
Understanding the low GI eating concept, with smaller and regular meals, really will help to ensure
you keep your weight off long-term.
