At All About W8 we know that losing the weight is the easy bit, but changes to your lifestyle and ensuring you keep the weight off are the hardest parts. As you approach your goal weight you will need to start Maintenance Control. No matter which programme you are on, you will need to reduce your Mealpaks from four a day to two per day. You will switch to four weeks on the W8 For Life programme, known as ‘Phase One’ of Maintenance, so you can introduce wider food options, add fruit and snacks and eat only two Mealpaks per day. This will give you a good stepping stone to move into Maintenance Control, Phase Two of Maintenance. You will set up your Maintenance weight range, which will have a built-in alert of 5lbs under and 5lbs over your target weight. Should you trigger this alert, we will contact you and get you back on track quickly, very often the same week! The Maintenance Control book will give you the foundations to make sensible decisions on what you eat and how you shop.
By using Mealpaks to replace certain meals and keeping them as part of your life, even if used only now and again they will be enough to get you back on track quickly and easily.
