As an All About W8 Consultant Mentor you will meet with your clients each week at your local community meeting or on a one to one basis. You will help to motivate your clients, monitor their results, help them to overcome any challenges they may have, and offer the skills and strategies they need to achieve and maintain their weight loss goals.

You will cover topics from our Mind, Body and Balance themes and ensure your clients join in with the weekly homework tasks. Every month, you will recognise and review your clients milestones achieved, revisit their Lifestyle program choice and establish new goals if necessary. Over time, your client's confidence will increase and they will feel more ready to deal with any challenges with food that they may face from time to time.

You will become your clients personal Consultant Mentor and partner throughout their lifestyle change - providing guidance, support, encouragement and motivation and will be there when the best made plans of the day go wrong and of course will be celebrating your clients success along the way.

Clients are in good hands with their All About W8 Consultant Mentor. We pride ourselves on recruiting client-focused individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people. All Consultants attend a comprehensive training course and are certified by an All About W8 Trainer, achieve a recognised nutritional diploma, attend updated training when required with assessments. When clients have special needs or requests, Consultants call on our registered dieticians for help. Many Consultants have been clients on the All About W8 Program themselves and understand clients needs very well.

All Consultants have a full comprehensive support system, from their own sales manager working out in the field, to a consultant buddy, business director and training director, a full customer care team, a PR and marketing department, an on-line portal full of advertising and print that you can personalise and order for your business.
