1st day over

Hi all
Finished my 1st day on diet it was not too bad and i kept on track. I need to up my water intake and my exercise but one step at a time.I did feel hungry this afternoon and this evening but i know in a couple of day i wont feel hungry anymore when my body gets used to it, it did make me realise how much i was picking at food during the day no wonder the pounds were piling back on. Heres to day day 2.
