After trying unsuccessfully to lose weight for over thirty years, I discovered from a relative that she had lost weight through All About W8 and I was desperate to achieve this for myself. I have more energy and am able to wear better-fitted, fashionable clothes. I feel more confident, and friends and family have complimented me on my new look.
