“I lost a dress size in my first week...”

I chose the Rapid All About W8 programme, so I added a healthy meal once every day in week 4, as well as my Mealpaks, and this helped in re-educating my eating habits and portion controls. I believe I look so much better. I'm getting out a lot more too and my confidence has definitely increased! My family are very happy with the result too.
