All About W8 Programmes and Ketosis - After many studies and over 30 years of research, fat burning weight loss programmes are a very fast and effective way to lose weight quickly.

Simply – the longer you stay in fat burning mode, the more weight you lose. Even when you Add a Meal, either daily or every 4 weeks, on our restricted food listings you still stay in a very mild fat burning mode, which ensures you continue to lose weight.

Is fat burning ketosis? No.

You can be in fat burning, which means you are turning to your fat stores to provide energy, therefore burning fat on your body, this does not mean you are in ketosis. Ketosis may occur in some people in particular the rapid programme, but it will be very mild.

Will being in ketosis produce greater weight loss - NO, it is the fat burning that produces the results, not producing ketones.

Will I stay in fat burning when I Add a Meal?

The foods on the list all contain very little carbohydrates, so you will. You have substantially reduced your carbohydrate intake, and also your calories, so you will lose weight. Don't get hung up on "in or out" of ketosis, this programme works, just stick to the food lists and you will see.

If I am not in ketosis will I still lose weight?

Yes you will, your calories have been substantially reduced along with your carbohydrate intake, whether you are in ketosis or not, you will naturally lose weight.

All About W8 do not believe that forcing your body into ketosis and putting your body into starvation and forcing it to stay there is a healthy way, but to enter into a very mild stage of ketosis and add healthy foods, low in carbohydrates and high in protein is by far the most preferred option.
