Dunfermline Central is a local All About W8 support group managed by friendly practice manager Derek Walker. Derek decided to try the All About W8 programme following a recommendation from a friend. "I just couldn't believe how much weight my friend lost, she not only looked amazing but said she felt a new sense of self and that her energy was at an all time high", "I was sceptical at first having tried nearly all the weight loss programmes out there", "I still cannot believe the results, I lost 2 stones in 6 weeks!", "I then started to exercise more and I now feel like I have a better relationship with food".
Derek has worked as a motivational speaker for most of his professional career having run his own award winning motivation business, Tree of Knowledge, where he tailored programmes to successfully motivate people in all areas of their lives. Derek hopes his drive and commitment to his clients will help them to achieve their goals fast, safely and effectively.

Derek has a passion for life long learning and recently recieved distinction grades for his studies in Anatomy and Physiology from the International Therapies Examination Council, the past few years have seen Derek develop a greater understanding of the human body having retrained as a Theraputic Massage Therapist. Derek works from his own practice, Clarity House of Massage, Dunfermline. Derek's learning experience spans both mind and body work and as a result he is well placed to support you on your All ABout W8 journey.
